Immediate position available for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman Job duties include but are not limited to: * Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM including all daily labor, equipment and materials required to complete daily objectives * Supervise the work of crew members to ensure proper safety, quality, and productivity * Cut grass, trim edges, clean up refuse, blow trimmings, water turf areas and perform other lawn care duties * Use power equipment, such as, 21", 36" walk behind, and 48" lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers * Mow grass, trim edges, clean up debris, perform other lawn care duties as needed * Prune trees and shrubs * Landscape bed work, including weeding and raking * Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment * Clean driving record with valid drivers license Mandatory Must be able to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment Must be able to start work at 7AM Compensation $20-$25/hr This job has the potential for snow plow work in the winter
