Grounds Maintenance Worker - Waikele, HI $250 sign-on bonus Hana Enterprises is now accepting applications for our contract servicing our customers at Parkglen at Waikele, Hawaii. We are seeking experienced candidates to assist us in maintaining the Grounds and Landscaping for our customer. Candidates must have 1-year relevant experience in grounds/landscaping within the past 3 years and a valid drivers license along with clean driving record to transport company vehicle to multiple locations. Responsibilities: Lawn Maintenance using walk-behind mowers, weed wacker, or riding mowers Debris Removal Shrub and Hedge Maintenance Operates powered grounds maintenance equipment Uses established safety practice Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must be able to obtain a favorable background/ base access clearance Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in grounds/landscaping within the past 3 years required Must have valid state driver's license Experience operating power-driven grounds equipment and power tools safely and efficiently Willingness to perform routine manual work Ability to work effectively on a daily basis with standard supervision Excellent communication skills Able to walk, run, lift, bend, reach, stand, sit, push Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Must have reliable transportation Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic and Supplemental Life, Disability Insurance, Retirement, Flexible Spending, Paid Holidays and Vacation + more!
