I'm a semi retired environmental engineer with over 35 years of home design, building, repair experience. I did this as a hobby on my own homes or specs. I own a company where people hire me to help them pick non toxic building materials as well as make their house safe from wireless and magnetic fields as it's increasingly becoming a problem. This post is about me giving back to seniors or anyone of need. I believe, often times, people just don’t where to begin, what type of person to call, or how to identify the problem much less fix it. Or, if they are doing a remodel of any type, want someone to help them with reading a bid, who to bid and how to get a fair shake. If there are minor repairs or a hand you need in a project, I might be able to provide that as well. I'm only one guy, but I feel this is a needed, specific and unique service that brings me joy to provide.
