I have a client who has a commercial cleaning business. She needs cleaners and an administrative assistant. If you can clean efficiently, I need to hear from you. I will screen applicants and send the viable candidates to my client for final interviewing. Our cleaners are paid $13 per hour during a 30-day probationary period, then are increased to $15 per hour upon satisfactorily completing that probation. It would help if you have some cleaning experience but it is not essential. The qualities we are looking for are: **Attention to detail **Dependable **Reliable **Prompt **Dependable (Yes, I know it's listed twice. It is THAT important.) **Have transportation **Can follow instructions **Can work diligently unsupervised **Can present a reasonably good appearance while servicing our customers **Must have a smart phone The administrative assistant will handle the office duties for my client. This AA will need to be organized, tactful, reliable, customer service oriented and dependable. Duties will include: **Assisting in coordination of cleaners' schedules **Ordering and receiving supplies **Answering customer and vendor phone calls and routing messages to appropriate personnel **Process customer invoicing requests and forwarding them to me. **Processing bi-weekly timesheet anomalies and communicating them to me for payroll processing. **Serve as de facto HR Supervisor, scanning and forwarding new hire paperwork to me **Special projects as needed This position will start at $16 per hour during a 30-day probationary period, at which time they will be increased to a rate in accordance with how well I determine they are handling the responsibilities of their job. This is a job that one can define for themselves if one is ambitious at all. My client is a nascent company that is beginning to grow. I see great success over the horizon if we can get the quality people we need to rely on. These positions are needed immediately.
