Busby Cabinets is a unique leader in custom cabinetry design and manufacturing. Busby Cabinets provides our customers with the designs, innovative products, and solidly built cabinetry that last a lifetime. Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for CAD Drafters with experience using Cabinet Vision, Auto CAD, Revit, 20/20, or another comparable CAD software. Knowledge of PDF Editor, custom cabinetry, layouts and floor plans are also a helpful advantage. Individuals chosen for this position will be part of our drafting team and have an instrumental role in exceeding the expectations for our clients. Required Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills: • Strong written and communication skills. • Experience in building cabinetry. • The ability to work alone as well as a team to push projects to completion. • Experience in Cabinetvision, 20/20, or other comparable CAD software. • Must be able to listen and learn from other team members. • Must be able to meet deadlines set forth by the Director of Engineering. • Must think proactively. Responsibilities will Include: • Produce CAD drawings for use by Busby’s Installation Staff. • Produce Assembly Sheets and Extras Package for the Production Facility. • Prepare and Order Doors. • Prepare and Order Custom Moldings and/ or Carvings. • Assemble and Maintain Job Production Files. • Review Appliance and Plumbing Lists Received from Sales. • Produce Change Orders. • Produce Work Orders.
