Eldorado Natural Spring Water Production Line Operator - Open positions starting ASAP. $17.92/hour starting no experience. $18.99+ with experience (forklift and/or manufacturing) Regular production hours are Monday-Friday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm. Evening shifts available 11am - 7 pm ***Retention Bonus*** $1000 - First Bonus after 4 months: $300 - Second Bonus after 9 months: $700 **must be able to reliably commute** **must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen** **must be authorized to work in the US** 39 years and counting! Loading/uploading palletizing, etc. - Consistently adheres to and displays required safety behaviors and guidelines, Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and Food Safety standards. - Communicates with Production Team Leader and Production Manager about production line needs (supplies, maintenance, staffing) - Performs cleaning and sanitation duties for manufacturing equipment. - Performs basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance as needed. - Supports the execution and implementation of Food Safety programs. - Coordinates and documents shipment transfers of finished goods and component materials between external warehouse and factory - Performs other duties as assigned including cleaning, shipping and receiving, inventory, etc. Required Skills & Abilities: Ability to remain focused in a busy environment Ability to independently follow procedures and work instructions and communicate effectively with peers. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred (food and beverage industry a plus). Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds regularly. Ability to use ladder/steps to reach equipment for loading and quality control. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Ability to withstand and work in various weather conditions that are common inside a warehouse.
