We are currently seeking to fill a full-time maintenance position at our Chippewa Falls community that can help us manage the smooth transitions that come with expansion, renovations, and tenant move-outs. This position would also be required to work at least one day per week at our Barron, WI apartment complex, completing the same tasks as in Chippewa Falls. Territory Job is located in Chippewa Falls, WI and is responsible for all tasks onsite as well as a smaller complex in close proximity and a multi-unit complex in Barron, WI Corporate Headquarters is based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin Duties and Responsibilities All candidates will have a working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Most work will be tenant repair requests with the occasional apartment renovation. Must be able to work independently Must be familiar with basic hand and power tools; the use of your own tools is permitted. Respond to tenant maintenance requests that are assigned by the Maintenance Manager or requested by the tenants during normal business hours Completing repair work to get rental units ready to rent as quickly as possible Submit Receipts and Mileage Sheets weekly to the corporate office Submit Timesheets daily Prosper Real Estate Maintenance Technicians are punctual, resourceful, professional, honest, and hard-working. Performs all Lawn Care, Snow Removal and Common Area Cleaning tasks, or can effectively outsource these requirements as needed and approved the property owner. Is on call for emergency maintenance after regular office hours. This is atypical, however. Work Schedule Flexible with most work being performed from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday Must commit to one day per week at our Barron, WI apartment complex Requirements Valid Driver's License Qualified candidates will have at least three years of hands-on home repair maintenance experience.
