In need of an attorney to take on a major transportation company in an attempt to hold them accountable for fraudulent business practices. The aforementioned practices could possibly fall under misleading the public, gouging and or withholding gratuities. I am looking for a hungry attorney who is passionate and knowledgeable in this type of law. One that would be willing to do this case on consignment, of which, if any monetary rulings are awarded, I would be willing to allocate 75% of the award to the attorney representing me. For me, it’s not about the money per se, it is about the principle, as well as, "taming of the big bully, by way of holding them accountable for their actions."
