Part time Handyman/ Property Management Assistant We are a property management company that manages apartments through out NYC. We are looking for someone that is able to work at night and weekends to take care of work orders that come in for maintenance requests/ cleaning and putting out garbage. opening doors to potential tenants, picking up materials from one location taking to another, purchase orders pick up and delivery. Must have basic understanding with general construction, electrical, plumbing. with 3 years experience.
