As a Fuel & Wash Attendant/ Entry Level Mechanic at Star, you will fuel company and customer equipment through excellent customer service, remove and install mounted truck tires on/off vehicles, dismount and mount tires on rims, prepare fuel tickets, complete a preventative inspection on all vehicles, wash vehicles, move units by driving on company premises, pick up parts at regional vendors, and assist in delivering/transferring of new or rental units by following in company vehicle. Responsibilities of our Fuel & Wash Attendant/Entry Level Mechanic: Fuel company and customer equipment Provide excellent customer service Remove and install mounted truck tires on/off vehicles Dismount and mount tires on rims Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner Prepare fuel tickets Complete a preventive inspection on all vehicles Wash vehicles Operate vehicles on company premises Move units by driving on company premises Pick up parts at regional vendors, by driving company equipment Assist in the delivery and or transfer of new or rental units by following in company vehicle Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor Enhance maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications You Are A Good Fit for this entry-level role if….
