Looking for a reliable laborer to join our small company. No education requirements. Job Description: Laborer will be responsible for servicing the weekly residential trash route customers in Needham, MA along with extra pick-ups and clean-outs around the Norfolk County area. Responsibilities and requirements include: - Ability to drive a rack dump truck to pick up residential trash in Needham, MA. You do not need a special license to drive this truck. It is an F350 super duty with a rack dump on the back. It is big but no special license required. You must have no DUI's on your record to be placed on our insurance. - Ability to get in and out of the truck for each customer and throw heavy bags overhead into the truck. - Ability to lift heavy objects, walk up and down stairs and work in all weather - Laborer will need to learn the software system used in the truck to track the route and pickup’s - This can be a customer facing job. Not often, but at times you will run into the customers at their homes when picking up their trash. Our small, family business runs on referrals so customer service is extremely important. Hours: Sunday and Monday (Off) Tuesday: 7-1/2 Wednesday: 7-2/3 Thursday: 7- 2/3 Friday: 7-1/2 Saturday: 4-5 hours starting around 9 Hours will vary slightly based on workloads but start times will usually stay the same Ability to work more than the guaranteed 30 hours a week Pay: 30-60 day probationary period at $20 a hour $25 an hour after training Additional hours over 30 will be paid hourly with opportunity for extra bonuses depending on the jobs We are also looking for laborers to help with bigger cleanouts for $20 an hour.
