Job Responsibilities: Meet with customers and provide proactive communication to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Recommend and sell enhancements / property upgrades that will improve client properties and improve our bottom line. Continually inform and update ownership on client needs / issues / opportunities. Seek out new landscape maintenance and snow & ice management opportunities around Greater Boston. Assist with the scheduling, planning, coordination & logistics of maintenance and snow services. Field supervision of maintenance and enhancement crews. Oversee portfolio of snow & ice management accounts. Provide hands on training to field employees including equipment operation, safety, quality & efficiency. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a leadership position in the landscape / construction / snow industries. Valid Massachusetts drivers license and clean driving record. Computer and technology literate (Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Earth). Able to communicate in a professional manner with employees & customers. Must be available to work 24/7 during snow & ice season.
