Immediate Openings Available now! Join our team of dedicated individuals who serve our patients daily! The Shipping Assistant is responsible for assisting with all Company shipping and receiving on a daily basis, inspecting and processing returned items to the warehouse, and maintaining the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. A Day in the Life of a Shipping Assistant Prepare all items to be shipped on a daily basis. Manage and complete daily cycle counts of applicable inventory. Assist with receiving items shipped to the Company on a daily basis. Inspect and report any damage immediately to Shipping Coordinator. Place all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis. Ensure that items are properly rotated and no expired products are stocked in the Distribution Center. Assist with inspecting and processing returned items to the Distribution Center. Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion. Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately. Assist with facilities related tasks at Distribution Center and/or Corporate Office when requested. Perform other duties as requested by your manager or another member of management. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED; one or more years of experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good organizational skills Responsible and cooperative attitude. Neat and clean personal appearance. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 1-10 lbs frequently. Ability to lift 10 or more lbs occasionally. Frequent sitting at a desk, standing and using a computer keyboard, and walking to complete various duties.
