Eagleview Properties is looking for two maintenance technicians for the Winston Salem and Greensboro properties. Hours would be from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday as well as availability during certain weekends for emergency calls. The job description includes daily work orders, daily trash pick up, painting the units, installing cabinets/sinks/toilets, etc…. Requirements: * Must have a working vehicle for traveling (travel to Lowe’s for supplies, etc, as well as occasional travel between properties * Must have their own tools * Must be able to lift heavy items * Must have general repair knowledge such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and etc... * Must be willing to work in a team If you are interested please call us during normal business hours 9AM to 5PM (336)408-9928.
