Valle Bufala, is looking for help as we work to build a regenerative certified organic water buffalo & goat micro dairy farm with a focus on providing a high quality environment for our animals, unique visitor experiences, and healthy amazing tasting Italian inspired food products. The farm is right off of Brevard Rd. between Laural Park & Horse Shoe (Hendersonville) NC. We are looking for a hard and efficient working groundskeeper to help build and maintain silvopastures and a parklike setting around the farm with a focus on providing thriving pastures to rotate our animals around seperated by Permaculture inspired edible trees and bushes. Immediate work to be done can consist of chain saw work, brush clearing, tree/bush/flower/grass pruning, propagation, & planting, wood chipping, landscaping, fence building, drainage & grading work, Water Buffalo pond maintenance. The person will also be asked to be familiar with daily chores related to taking care of the animals (Water Buffalo, Dairy Goats, chickens, ducks, peafowl) and occasionally perform those in the absence of others.
