We are a very busy impact window/door company with ever expanding business. We are shying away from sub-contractors as they do horrible work and run away once they get paid. We are looking for someone that will work general labor and develop the skills to be a crew leader and eventually get your own truck to making good pay that can support and a family. We have a high standard when comes to work so we want someone that is highly focused and pays attention to detail. Someone that shows up everyday on time and is willing to go the mile to help the team grow and eventually build your own team. Position Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm $550 Starting Pay + Weekly Job Bonuses (Average $700-$1000 week depending turn around of jobs and how well you work with the team) Head Crew Makes $1500+ Weekly & Gets a Work Truck & Benefits (Takes about a year to year & half depending on skill set) **** Requirements ***** - Must have reliable transportation (will be driving to job sites) will be compensated in gas ** - Able to read a tape measure and have some knowledge (Carpentry, concrete, painting, general construction) any of those skill will help you develop - Must be able to pack a lunch daily and be ready to work in the hot sun during the summer months - Caulking is huge plus skill if you already have that - If you are a no show or call out a lot you will instantly be fired Please leave Name, phone number & detail about what you've done for work.
