Busy construction company seeking individual with a minimum of 3 years experience. MUST be skilled in demolition, light carpentry, taping and painting. Must be able to disconnect and reconnect plumbing/electrical fixtures/appliances. MUST have own small hand tools. MUST have reliable transportation. Opportunity for use of company truck.
