We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our 120+ unit complex to start work immediately. Job Duties will include: Perform turnover of units - repairs, painting, etc. and oversight of grounds/landscaping Applicant Must: 1. Provide positive references with phone numbers to legitimate businesses (relevant, long standing references will be given preference) 2. Be capable of physical labor - walking up and down steps, painting, etc. 3. Be honest, responsible/reliable and have a good work ethic 4. Be able to work independently 5. Be detail oriented 6. Must communicate regularly (usually via email) with owners about status of complex 7. Be on call 2 days per week in the evening (for emergencies only).
