JOB SUMMARY The Permanent Light Installer is responsible for the installation of permanent lights and light fixtures in residential as well as commercial properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Install lights and light fixtures • Remove lights and light fixtures • Basic light maintenance • Stage/load/unload deliveries, inventory and production materials • Locate, report and troubleshoot power issues related to lighting installation • Other duties assigned by management KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Ability to follow directions and use the permanent lighting app • Ability to follow safety protocols • Strong customer service skills • Strong planning and multi-tasking skills • Self-motivated with a high energy level • Strong communication skills • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Strong work ethic CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • No experience required • No specific education required PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/REQUIREMENTS: • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to carry, climb and work from ladders • Ability to work outside in cold weather environments • Ability to work on rooftop and other elevated areas SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum age 18 • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • Must not be afraid of heights • Must not be color blind
