The window cleaning specialist is responsible for cleaning windows and screens inside and out. May include residential in addition to commercial properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Window and screen cleaning for residential and commercial customers • Other cleaning such as chandeliers, gutters, power washing etc. • Manage and complete jobs using software • Stage/load/unload deliveries, inventory and production materials • Other duties assigned by management KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Ability to follow directions • Ability to follow safety protocols • Strong customer service skills • Strong planning and multi-tasking skills • Self-motivated with a high energy level • Strong communication skills • Ability to analyze and solve problems CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • No experience required • High School diploma preferred PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/REQUIREMENTS: • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move objects weighing 100 pounds • Ability to carry, climb, and work from ladders • Ability to work outside in cold and hot weather environments • Ability to work on rooftop and other elevated areas SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum age 18 • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • Must not be afraid of heights
