Concrete Laborer Kaliber Construction, LLC is a concrete contractor with experience in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years. We complete projects requiring concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps in the public works and commercial arena. Projects are primarily located within the Greater Treasure Valley with limited opportunities to travel. Every hire is set on a 90-day probation period with performance-based wage increases afterwards. Concrete Laborer Job Description: • On-time, humble, and driven team player • Professional conduct with tools and equipment • Safety-focused mindset with commitment to quality craftsmanship • Assist foreman, crew lead, and finishers with project execution • Set concrete forms using required hand and power tools • Pour and level concrete using a rake, screed board, and trowel float. • Strip form boards, clean tools, and maintain an organized tools trailer • Perform other duties as directed by the foreman and crew lead • Pay: $18-22/hour based on performance and abilities • Overtime: approximately 10-15 hours (during peak season) Kaliber Employee Job Experience: • Mentorship for leveling up finishing skills • Roles that are both challenging and fun • Career pathways for promotions • Leadership opportunities and development • Recognition for contributions and achievements • Market-competitive pay • Employee referral program Kaliber Construction is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
