Property photographer needed ASAP

I’m an out of state real estate investor. I got started in Maryland, but recently relocated to California. I’m looking for a freelancer who can go to appointments with home owners to view and take pictures of their property for me. I’m not looking for a professional but I need someone who can take decent photos on their phone and upload to a Google Drive folder. I will pay $50 per house and $0.55 per mile (this is calculated based on the distance it takes you to get from your home address). I pay same day and send payment once the job is done. Anyone who works with me can expect up to 2 houses per week. I have an immediate need this week for properties in Salisbury and Cambridge. This would be for tomorrow (Thursday).
