Capital Furniture Installation LLC 14121 Parke Long Ct ● Suite 104 ● Chantilly, Virginia 20151-4024 ● Phone: (703) 268-3360 Installer Job: Capital Furniture Installation is currently seeking a reliable, extremely detail oriented, self-starter individual, for the installation of the client's office furniture. Individual must be customer service oriented and have the ability to maintain good customer relationships. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Must have experience and technical knowledge to install and service all office furniture. • Have a clear understanding of upcoming projects and prepare for them. • Review daily all projects to installed or services, prepare for the projects, and ensure that trucks are equipped with all necessary items to complete the same. • Arrive all scheduled appointments on time. • Must be able to professionally represent the company at job sites. • Must be able to successfully install and complete all projects, ensure that all jobs are properly done. • Inspect that jobsite is thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving. • Must be able to professionally speak with clients and/or contractors when at the job sites to ensure all projects are completed to the client's satisfaction and to resolve installation issues. • Must take pictures of all completed projects. • Must complete all Work Orders and have clients sign off on the forms. • Must submit all Work Orders to Production Office at the end of the work day and provide a detailed report regarding the work performed. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years' experience of office furniture installation. • Must be fluent in English and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with valid driver's license. • Must be detail oriented, dependable, honest, and have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
