Position: Facilities Maintenance Caretaker Description: The facilities maintenance caretaker is responsible for the upkeep of 2 buildings and 3 dispatch yards for a growing landscape company. This position ensures that buildings and outdoor yards are kept clean, organized, and functional. This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week to be worked during first shift hours. Responsibilities: Organize materials and equipment in 3 crew dispatch yards When necessary, use skid steer, forklift and wheel loader to move materials Thoroughly clean two office buildings, including restrooms, floor mopping/vacuuming, kitchen cleaning, as well as regular office cleaning Qualifications & Skills: Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurable driving record Previous cleaning experience preferred Ability to or willingness to learn operation of skid steer, forklift and wheel loader Ability to work safely at all times in all conditions Ability to maintain organization at all times Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
