Description
Looking for competent person to perform the following duties. Clean facility to include restrooms/common areas/windows/exterior of building. Applicant should have general knowledge of cleaning procedures, and perform small general maintenance items. Applicant should have good communication skills and be able to relay issues between tenants and owner. Position is full time 40 hours per week 7am-3:30pm M-F with a lunch break.
