Monarch Investment is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer to join our team in North Kansas City, MO! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning vacant apartments for new occupants Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, and inspections Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 6+ months experience in general labor role preferred Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) General knowledge of daily maintenance groundskeeping/landscaping Ability to safely operate equipment Equal Opportunity Employer
