We have been in business for over 30 years doing high-end detailed Landscape Maintenance and Installations. Our growth has been built by taking care of and going beyond the clients’ expectations which remains our Vision today. Most of our business is from customers who have been with us for over 20 years. We are looking for an individual who understands this aspect and is interested in joining a company with these values. The right individual will have advancement opportunities and future growth, including ownership within the company. Qualifications for this position include: • Two (2) years of verifiable Landscape Crew Leader experience • Excellent plant knowledge, proper pruning times, and pruning knowledge • Experience installing new landscapes (shrub and tree planting, bed creation, etc.) • Experience maintaining landscape beds (pruning, weeding, spraying, annual/perennial care, etc.) • Available to work Saturday if weather or workload dictates Additional qualifications that will set you apart from other applicants may include: • Verifiable high-end detailed bed maintenance and landscape design work • Experience with hardscape projects • Demonstrates an eye for detail • Wright Stander Mower experience and Lawn Maintenance experience Before being offered employment, you must complete the following: • Submit and pass random complex drug testing • Pass a background check • Valid DL with a clean driving record
