Looking for help with various remodeling projects coming up. Need someone to be able to work alongside me as well as be able to work alone. Must have knowledge in the construction residential industry or at least the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn at least. Must have own transportation and be local to capital district. Schenectady is the central area and work is usually no longer than 45 minutes from that location. Although the majority is usually 20 minutes or so. Must be honest and reliable. A plus would be having your own liability insurance already. Basic outline of projects coming up are replacement windows, doors, vinyl siding, bathroom and kitchen remodel.
