BASE + INCENTIVE - MOBILE INDUSTRIAL TRUCK/FLEET WASH LEAD

This position is in charge of a non CDL truck and 2 crew members. This position will be responsible to fulfill the demands of the client on a daily basis. The individual will need a firm understanding of pressure washers and how to think outside the box to fix something that goes wrong. The individual will need to know basic maintenance to be able to keep operating while on-site of the client. Plenty of room for advancement. This individual needs to be process oriented and detailed in work ethic. This is a general lead labor position; Responsibilities and Duties Incude: Ability to diagnose, perform maintenance, and repair power wash equipment on the truck you are assigned t Must be able to strategize, optimize, and organize your work site to maximize unit completions Wash and detail tractors/trucks/yellow equipment inside and out. Wash trailers outside. De icing Wash out hoses. Polish and shine tires and wheels. Sweep and maintain the truck yard & Shop Clean and maintain the wash area. Qualifications and Skills: Ability to perform physical labor for a minimum of 10 hours per day. Physical ability to climb, bend, and squat under trailers. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions Position Requirements Current Driver's License Dependable personal vehicle Schedule: Monday through Friday 12pm-10pm, with occasional Saturdays
