Immediate temp-to-hire Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator position available in the Northeast suburbs of Des Moines. Candidate will be operating outdoor 10,000-30,000 lbs. rated forklifts for a construction company. This position is for 1st shift. The hours are 5 am-Finish Monday thru Friday. Pay is $17.00-$20.00 an hour based on experience and interview Below are the requirements: -Must have 1-2 years of recent, verifiable experience operating heavy duty forklifts / construction equipment -Own transportation and valid driver’s license. Not on a bus line. -Good verbal communication skills in English – need to be able to follow verbal and hand signals from other workers. -Team player attitude, need to work well with others. -Heavy lifting of 50-75 pounds on a frequent basis. -Must provide a pair of Steel Toe Work Boots To apply please stop by the office to complete an application and have an interview Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am-11:00 am or 1:00 pm-4:00 pm.
