Black Forest, Colorado Springs, CO $20-$30/hour depending on experience 16 hours/week position Seeking a handyman/groundskeeper to perform a variety of indoor and outdoor home maintenance and improvement tasks year round at a private residence. Guaranteed 16 hours/week of work, with additional hours possible. All tools and supplies provided. Responsibilities - List of scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks here: - Additional tasks to be performed as required. Requirements - Driver's License and Auto Insurance - Work vehicle and good references - Some experience in the remodeling or home repair trades - Independent Contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp - Must have a smart phone and access to the internet - Must be vaccinated / boostered
