-Looking for a self-motivated team player to assist with general maintenance at 75 unit apartment complex. -Under supervision of Head Maintenance and Apartment Manager, Assistant's job duties will include vacant unit make-ready, grounds-work, snow removal and other projects as they arise. -Duties will include painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, lighting, boiler maintenance, roofs, gutters, pond maintenance, fencing, parking lots and maintenance of lawns and gardens. -Experience in all of the above areas not required, but candidates should be eager to work and learn, and possess good people skills.
