Looking for a new household personal assistant $20-$30/hr based on experience and skills M-F 12-7PM some weekends and travel required Experience preferred. Flexibility in schedule is a must. Fun but highly demanding position. This is a unique position in the sense you will be expected to handle office work and household help as well. Including but not limited assisting with my Children’s schedules. Busy family of business owners with heavy travel schedules. We are looking for a replacement to our amazing current personal assistant who has been promoted to work in our company offices. This position is for a self starter, highly motivated person. Please read the last sentence again. Job duties: -clerical work (checking/responding to emails, social media) -scheduling appointments and events -lite housework (including meal/snack prep) and childcare for pre-teen -running errands -Light pet care (must be comfortable with dogs and cat) -shipping packages (some heavy lifting may be required for larger packages) -Travel: travel is required for this position. Traveling with the family. Travel expenses will be taken care of by me, with some small exception. -sending reminders throughout the day of bills and appointments -liaison between staff, clients, suppliers Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations Ensure a clean and orderly environment Sterilize various tools and equipment Move reasonably small furniture as necessary Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​Qualifications: Skills needed: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic You will need strong computer, internet, and social media skills. Must be well spoken and able to clearly communicate in English BOTH written and verbal. -COMMUNICATION. MUST BE ABLE TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE ON ALL PLATFORMS. This IS a deal breaker. If there is a problem the expectation is to address the problem or issue immediately with clear communication between all staff. -strong management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. -Knowledge of how Fed Ex/ UPS/ USPS/ DHL work is helpful. -The ability to take initiative and be proactive is expected. -discretion and trustworthiness I am looking for someone who can keep strong professionalism at all times, as some work obligations will and can be in fun social settings. I am looking for someone to grow with us, our family, and our business. Someone who is reliable and trustworthy since you will be handling confidential information.
