General labor at plant nursery

We are a small/niche plant nursery(not cannabis) looking for someone to help out with general labor. At the moment, we are looking for someone to work 3 days per week. Duties include the following: Plant harvesting Pot filling and cleaning Plant moving Surface cleaning and sanitizing Plant pruning/cleaning Light construction projects Equipment monitoring/maintenance You will need to be a great communicator as you will be working alone often. Non smokers only as our plants are very susceptible to viruses in tobacco products. Ability to drive a stick shift would be a plus. You will need to keep your cell phone in your pocket while working. Ideally you live on the coast. Thoughtful responses with a little information about yourself will be given preference. Thank you
