we have 2 general labor positions available at our Commercial Warehouse properties located in NW and SW Houston. NO RECRUITING AGENCIES PLEASE JOB DUTIES -general cleaning and maintenance of exterior of properties -trash out and clean vacant lease spaces -basic make ready repairs to lease spaces -pick up supplies as needed at Home Depot or other Vendor -be able to lift 50 pound in weight -duties may change daily -work 8 hours daily Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 4.30pm REQUIREMENTS Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Must have current driver's license Must have own vehicle licensed and insured to travel to properties Provide recent work history Must be dependable Will be subject to a credit check and a background check Must be willing to fill out a work application if considered for employment
