We are hiring a Cleaning technician to help manage the general cleaning and curb appeal of our apartment community. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys cleaning and is a self starter. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior common areas and exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Qualifications* A minimum of 1 year of related experience.* Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Must be a Non-Smoker. ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1. Must be a detail-oriented, hard worker and love to clean. 2. Must be energetic and have a great attitude at all times. 3.
