Sum Bridges Construction and Maintenance is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required construction and maintenance projects. From flooring installs to wall repairs, to laying tile, cleaning gutters, and installing cabinets and much more. Every day is a new adventure! Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs- and stay on budget and timeframe Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields is required Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is required Ability to handle physical workload is required Deadline and detail-oriented is 'preferred' No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
