We are growing! **Will be in an on call rotation** *Se Habla Español* Run the daily tickets Walk property daily and inspect vacant apartments on a daily basis to propose upgrades and address any corrective issues. Establishes daily work schedules for maintenance staff by reviewing daily service requests with Community Director and maintenance staff to ensure a 24 hours response time. Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all chemicals, tools, and/or assigned equipment of the property in a safe manner according to company policy and OSHA standards. Immediately reports and corrects all maintenance issues by diagnosing, performing minor, and routine maintenance/repairs to all affected areas. Shares on-call responsibility with the other maintenance team members and respond to resident service requests within 24 hours. Address all maintenance emergencies in a timely manner. Help maintain and repair structural plumbing and electrical issues. Oversee, maintain, diagnose, and repair any/all related HVAC issues. Prioritize service requests, Make-Ready board, maintain service records, and inspect all work assignments for completion. Maintain regular and on-call work schedules appropriate to property needs. Ensures all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a final inspection. Maintain a loss prevention program to protect the Company’s safety and compliance issues and the company’s assets. Ensure that apartments are executed in a timely manner and manage the number of rent ready units. May be required to travel to assist with other communities, as needed.
