Erosion Control Installers Needed

Experience not required! We will train and support candidates who show they can work hard, get to work on time, and think critically. Lunch and PPE (minus boots) will be provided for each team member every day and inconsistent transportation to/from the jobsite should not stop you from applying. Pay will be consistent on each Friday of the month and hourly rate is dependent on experience level. Job duties and responsibilities include: - Perform installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment controls and other similar general labor tasks - Assist with loading/unloading materials onto crew truck/trailer daily - Work with a team - Always follow safety protocols - Be dependable and show up to work on time consistently - Minor Proficiency in english Preferred candidates will: - Be willing to travel to for 1-2 days at a time as needed (maximum 6 hours away from DFW) - Be able and licensed to operate any of the following: street sweepers, skid steers, track hoes, walk-behind trenchers - Be bilingual - Have experience installing and inspecting erosion control measures - Have a truck and/or trailer and be able to transport personnel and equipment to and from jobsites We are a growing company in need of reliable, communicative, and honest team members to help us grow our business.
