Desert Youth is looking for a drummer, guitarist, acoustic guitar, bass, keys/synth, etc. This has been a solo project but I need talented and skilled musicians to help play live shows. Music is written, recorded and produced by creator but will definitely want collaboration on future recordings and material. Influences are broad but this would fit into the Indie Rock genre. I do have a lot of oldies, Americana, indie folk and shoe gaze backgrounds. I really enjoy the writing of Arcade Fire, Lord Huron, The National, Big Black Delta, Other Lives, Manchester Orchestra, Ennio Morricone, Nick Cave, Joy Division, Porches, Slow Joy, Midlake, Margo Price, FKJ, mewithoutyou, Gorillaz, Angel Olsen,The War On Drugs, Gangs of Youths, etc Please send me links to IG, soundcloud, spotify or any work you have.
