I live in a private complex in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I want to rent out my other bedroom to someone who is needing something temporary. The furniture is new which consist of a queen size bed, chest of drawers, 2 end tables, desk, and a TV. You'll have a walk in closet and your own private bathroom which is already decor.
There will not be any stay overs or strangers brought home. Be a non smoker and fully vaccinated.
I am a divorced father, 48. I'm okay with any age as long as your things and room, bathroom, and closet are kept neat at all times.
I do have a washer and dryer which you can have access.
The complex has gated parking and if you want to use there's a $50 deposit for the key fob remote.

You can rent by the day, week, or month.
Rent is due upon move in.
