Welcome to the ONLY place for the most complete personal safety training – much more than just self-defense. We are Personal Safety Specialists - a training and consulting group that specializes in women’s personal safety, self-protection, and domestic violence through group classes & private training. Some of the subject matter we teach are: what to do if you’re being followed, anti-stalking, anti-kidnapping, being assaulted, home security, what to do during a home invasion, safe rooms, road rage, domestic violence, women feeling generally unsafe while out in public, being threatened, rape prevention, self-protection, if someone is holding you against your will or choking you, how to handle a carjacking or road rage situation, how to use behavior analysis to stay away from dangerous people, how to survive your high school or college years, and if the situation warrants, how to disappear. We teach women how to do this, and so much more. Our classes are mainly designed for women, but men are welcome to join select classes.
