Details: Pay: 80k - 100k Hours: 6am - 2:30pm ( Must be open long hours) Position: Shop Manager - Fabrication/Engineering background Physicals Demands: Ability to continuously stand, sit and/ or walk Ability to manage a team from 15 -20 Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, crouch and lift frequently Ability to lift and /or move up to 70 lbs Close vision Ability to use hands and fingers to feel or handle various type of equipment Qualification: Related Field of 5+ years or equivalent shop management experience Experience in manufacturing of food processing equipment Must be able to work with others and train on a regular basis Must be flexible and adaptable Computer skills for email/Microsoft office.
