JOB DESCRIPTION Our Service Electricians have the satisfying work of solving customer’s electrical needs (Which means you need to be smarter than the average "Parts installer" that calls themselves an electrician). Electricians go out on pre-arranged work orders in a stocked branded van, understand the customer’s actual needs and guide them to the best solutions, quote and agree the work, do the work to an excellent standard (with helpers if needed) and invoice (as needed). Critical thinking, job planning and problem solving skills. To be able to listen to customer needs, assess how to achieve these, present pricing and service options to them and obtain approval for the work. To be able to complete any installation in an existing home. To have working knowledge of the National Electric Code and electrical theory. 5 or more, preferably 10 years electrical experience. Commercial experience is an advantage. Complete tool set. To have a clean pre-employment background check and drug screen. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and Smart Phone A big advantage to your application is knowing the Straight Forward Pricing Guide and having been trained in Mr Sparky or ESI service.
