General Laborer and maintenance helper

Looking for a person that can do grounds maintenance, Janitorial, and some maintenance helper work. The work will vary from day to day. Person needed immediately 25-35 hours per week. Pay starts at 13.75 per hour. Shift is 8am - 3pm (there is some flexibility for start and end times) Monday thru Friday (weekend hours are sometimes available if you want extra hours). If you don't know carpentry or plumbing, we will train you. You MUST have your own dependable transportation and cell phone. More hours and merit pay increases are possible based on your performance and skills. You must be a self-starter, organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
