New Positions Available: (see description for each below, experience in residential construction) => Lead Exterior Carpenter: 10+ years experience Execute and install decks, railing and stairs, exterior structures, from drawings. Manage your own schedule. Company support for materials, questions, and labor. => Mid-level Carpenter: 5+ years experience. Execute small interior framing jobs, install trim, doors, assist lead carpenter in cabinet installs. Support from project manager, to problem solve, light understanding of blueprints. => Entry Level Labor / Carpenter aprentice. Some construction experience, eager to learn, strong mentally and physically. Company support. => Entry Level Labor: Mostly Construction Site clean up, with some selective demolition, general guided tasks. All roles are hands-on with emphasis on the key skills above. Expected to run with tasks on own with limited supervision. You will have support and an opportunity to learn from Owner Matt Jacknow a Carpenter with 30 years of experience in local residential renovations and have support from a full-time project manager. Were open to all work styles including part time, full time, and cash gig based. KEY SKILLS • Proficient in all aspects of residential carpentry: Trim work, framing, cabinet installation, window install, trim & siding. • Motivation and Professionalism, able to communicate effectively with others. • Work in parallel with the Project Manager as a team to reach project goals • Capable of working efficiently, managing time and prioritizing tasks. • Organized work-site, shop, and vehicle, and or company truck. REQUIREMENTS • General construction knowledge. • Must be on time and have reliable transportation. • Consistent work ethic and positive attitude. • Must have valid driver's license. (except for gig/cashed based) • Car / tools preferred, but not required. Compensation is negotiable and based upon skill and experience level.
