Looking for local builder to construct a 8'x16' deck.

I have an old deck that needs to be replaced. I want to build one that's around 8'x16', and about 2 feet off the ground, with a railing around 3 sides of it and a small 2-step stair. I am hoping to find a local builder who can do this project. The neighborhood is extremely humid, so I want to use water-resistant material.
