BrightBase manages over 40 parking lots and garages in downtown Chattanooga and has a maintenance/janitorial position available. We are looking for someone who can perform such duties as sweeping, wiping, blowing, dusting, and other cleaning and maintenance tasks. Mostly outside work. Ability to work without constant supervision and keep up with varying cleaning and maintenance needs on parking lots and garages we manage is a must. Ability to use simple tools for general repairs is needed. This is a full time position, with PTO, and other benefits. Work hours are not set in stone but typically start at 6:00 AM and end at 2:30 PM (half hour lunch). Starting pay range is $16-$18/hr. depending on experience.
