Construction General Manager-Concrete Established Concrete Company Looking for Experienced Working General Manager. We are looking for a high-quality, hard-working and reliable General Manager who wants a long-term career with room for growth. Must have experience repairing foundations, working with concrete, rebar, steel, framing, etc. Must be able to read plans. Must be able to run multiple crews and work with the on-site job foreman. Must speak English, Spanish is a plus. Job duties - Running in-house crews, giving direction to Foremen - Visiting job sites in Los Angeles County every day - Maintaining schedules and budgets - Coordinating subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices - Quality control management - Communicating with customers, inspectors, and vendors - Attending weekly meetings in the office Must be legal to work in the U.S. Pay is competitive and based on experience. The work is all around Los Angeles County.
