Working Construction Superintendent Established Concrete Company Looking for Experienced Project Manager. We are looking for a high-quality, hard-working, and reliable Project Manager who wants a long-term career with room for growth. Must have experience interpreting plans, working with concrete, rebar, steel, framing, etc. A full-time position available as a Working Construction Superintendent for a Concrete Contractor with projects throughout Los Angeles We are looking for an experienced, motivated, self-starter, with a positive, can-do attitude. ***MUST BE HANDS ON*** Strong Project Management Skills A Must Ability to read plans Experience obtaining vendor and sub estimates Excellent and effective communications skills Be able to oversee projects from start to finish Updating of project schedule(s) on a regular basis throughout the project, ensuring all daily reports are accurately and promptly prepared Coordinating subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices Quality control management Complying with contract documents, assuring that quality of materials and workmanship complies with applicable specifications and standards Communicating with customers, inspectors, sub-contractors and vendors Coordinate and supervise all sub-trades Creating schedules, RFI, Change Order Requests Time management and organizational skills This is a working Superintendent position, there may be hands on tasks that will be required of you. Requirements: Valid CA driver's license Must have: Minimum of 4 years verifiable experience
